Quinn is a character mentioned by Suzy's Father in the Gmod Space Travel video. During one of their attempts to send Suzy to space his father yelled "DO IT FOR QUINN!". This confused Suzy because he had no idea who Quinn was. Nothing is known about Quinn other than him existing.
