Not much is known about Frank Acachalla's life, other than his father was William Acachalla and he had at least one brother, Owen Acachalla. According to Johnny Ghost, He had a partial beard that was often mistaken for a facial scar and carried a trusty shotgun that was "passed down through the generations".
Frank Acachalla lived in a house with his sons, Stacy "Papa" Acachalla, Jeremy, and Notachalla, and (briefly) his maid/nephew, Maxwell (whom he didn't know about but only knows that he may have removed Baby Papa Acachalla's left arm). As a child, Papa named him Susan. Frank was extremely disappointed in Papa as a child, due to his refusal to use his legs to walk, preferring instead to float roughly 3ft (0.91 metres) off the ground.
Frank had a quick temper and little patience for Papa's tomfoolery. He shouted quite regularly, especially because he couldn't get him to say "This is Sparta" despite his resemblance to Leonidas from 300. He showed little to no concern for Papa's safety, asking him to test his warrior abilities by jumping headfirst through a window and fighting an Allosaurus. However, he showed great pride when Baby Papa Acachalla reached his final form: Baby Tank.
Grandpapa did not share his son's inflated ego; rather he pushed these ideals on his next of kin.
- Sue Acachalla may have been named after Papa's nickname for him, Susan.
- He may originally come from Russia, like his wife Gramama Acachalla.
