I'm starting to believe that Billy is more powerful than you think. As a matter of fact, I believe that he's the most powerful being in the Venturintale omniverse. What do you think?

If billys his uncle doesnt it have to be either sue or sally? and wouldnt that make him a time traveller its to confusing

It would make sense considering some characters like Cecil and Daxius appear in few series
